Wall of Heroes
Item Description
This is a joint effort by David Rounds, who is an architect and a principal at Z Design Group in Boulder, and Theresa Rounds, who is a Landscape Designer and owner of Mountain Meadow Design in Louisville. "We did the mask in memory of our son, Jordan Patrick Rounds, who we lost to melanoma skin cancer in July 2010 at the age of 25," David and Theresa say. "He was just embarking on a career in Law Enforcement."
Item Special Note
We started a program called "The Jordan Round Up" which offers free skin cancer screenings to police and fire departments with a desire to serve the community which our son was so passionate about and hopefully change some journeys. The mask is done in "The Jordan Round Up" theme. The badge is his from the Longmont Police Department. The Celtic cross is his tattoo that we have chosen to use as the logo for the Jordan Round Up program.
