Item Description
Looking to add some skills to your Conflict Resolution Toolkit? Let Dave Joseph help you unpack the ideas behind Reflective Structured Dialogue!
This is a one hour coaching/consultation about the application of Reflective Structured Dialogue (RSD) with trainer, dialogue practitioner and facilitator Dave Joseph. RSD focuses on bridging divides of identity, core values, and worldviews between individuals, groups and communities. Bring RSD to situations where building trust, healing communities and/or promoting collaboration would be beneficial. These could involve situations within organizations, communities, or neighborhoods.
An experienced dialogue practitioner, trainer, facilitator, mediator, and consultant who enjoys focusing on constructive conversations and conflict management, Dave has facilitated dialogues around intra- and inter-religious differences, class, abortion, marriage equality, domestic violence/healthy marriage/responsible fatherhood, and many other issues in the United States and in Africa. He co-founded and headed the Community Mediation Center of Rhode Island, and has directed mental health and addictions treatment services at community health centers in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
