Item Description
Take advantage of this fantastic opportunity to improve your Meditation skills. With a personal approach, you will learn advanced Meditation from one of the leaders in the field of Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation.
Rachel will provide a one (1) hour session in Advanced Meditation, in Baltimore or Annapolis, MD, or on the Skype/phone. Please note, this is not mediation training.
Rachel Wohl is a lawyer, mediator, and facilitator who has been mediating for over 20 years. She has been co-coaching a 3-day course, Mindfulness for Dispute Resolvers, with Ken Riskin, twice annually for 10 years at Pepperdine University's Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution in its Professional Skills Program. She also teaches mediation on an international level. Rachel teaches dispute resolvers mindfulness meditation as muscle-building to be more calm, present and compassionate in our work and lives.
