Item Description

A nature lover's dream. The natural world is celebrated on this lovely forest green art piece.  Birds sing and plants grow reminding us of the wonderful world we live in. A gift in itself. Bid high and bid often to win this remarkable chair!

ARTIST STATEMENT/INFLUENCE: Walking Black Snake Mountain in Alegany State Park with naturalist Steve Daniel was an eye opening inspiration in the variety of the birds and plants around us. As we have named everything - we come to know it. Picture learning is perfect for small children, so I came up with the "Seat of Learning" for kids  - like the Primer School Book of old.
