This mask was designed by Buck Beymer (with creative input from Tory Humphrey, Jeremy Youmans, Erica Conway, and Shawn Peterson) and made possible by the experts in lighting and fabrication at Ad Light Group. "The intent behind the mask was to showcase the limits of what we can do and to have a bit of fun," they say. "We were inspired by the burial masks found at Sutton Hoo; you will notice some elements were styled after that. By adding light and creating depth with the horizontal ribs, we were able to change the way viewers experience the mask." (Mask takes two 9-volt batteries/panel which opens in back)
