Item Description
SeaWorld Orlando offers sea life shows, more than 20 rides and animal encounters and exhibits. The killer whales are the stars of the show, of course, and you can view them up-close in their own habitat, from both the surface and underwater viewing areas. Other animal observation opportunities include manatees, dolphins, penguins, beluga, polar bears and sharks. Enjoy hands-on time with dolphins at Dolphin Cove and rays at Stingray Lagoon.
Animal shows include animal antics in Pets Ahoy! and the inspiring cirque activities of A'Lure. Two killer whale shows are offered--Shamu Rocks, a rock 'n' roll-themed show, and Believe, which uses set pieces and multimedia displays to showcase these amazing animals. Shows are rotated throughout the year, and new shows are offered frequently that typically follow similar themes.
Rides range from the kid-friendly Shamu's Happy Harbor to roller coasters such as Manta, where you are strapped to the belly of a manta ray car, experiencing the ride face-down and head-first.
Orlando, Florida, is a tourist destination for more than 50 million people a year. One of the numerous attractions that brings visitors to this sunny town is one of America's three SeaWorld parks. SeaWorld Orlando is home to exciting rides, tours, restaurants and the Aquatica water park, as well as the SeaWorld's trademark animal exhibits, shows and interactive programs.
