Carpenter and Main offers an exquisite variety of small plates including Caramelized Tofu Triangles with Charred Broccoli Rabe (gluten free); Crispy Black Pepper Calamari with Come-Back Sauce; Steamed Countneck Clams with Chorizo, Tomato and Garlic (gluten free); Sautéed Escargots with Serrano Ham, Tomato and Garlicover Toasted Batard; and Braised Short Rib Bruschetta with Horseradish Gremolata.

This item will be available for pick-up at VINS Nature Center on September 13 at our Autumn Cheese Festival from 5:30 - 7:30pm.
