A Savoury Kitchen Experience:
Enjoy a three-course, gourmet dinner for eight people in your home (or location of your choice). Seasonal menu created upon booking. Chef Joseph Saladyga promises to bring the freshest of local ingredients and the highest quality products to your table.
Savoury Kitchen believes a meal is about more than just the food on the table; it’s about creating great experiences and bringing people together. Whether celebrating a wedding, hosting a conference, or just welcoming a few friends over for dinner, Savoury Kitchen promises to bring the freshest of local ingredients and the highest quality products to your table.
Owner and Chef, Joseph Saladyga, possesses a passion for food and entertaining that is contagious. With a background in New England cuisine, Chef Saladyga uses local and seasonal foods to provide his inspiration for modern interpretations of classic dishes.
Chef Saladyga’s concern for sustainable living compels Savoury Kitchen to reduce its environmental impact by buying local, organic products, composting and recycling, utilizing Blue Sky renewable power and making water-wise choices both in the kitchen and on-site at events.
“From an early age, I learned the importance of an elegant, seamless event by watching my mother who owned a catering company. I marveled at her attention to detail and enthusiasm for creating special occasions. Even then, I knew I wanted to be a chef. Now, after twenty-five years of hard work, I am living the dream of owning my own company and sharing my love of food with my community. I’d like to thank you for considering Savoury Kitchen and giving us an opportunity to be part of your event.”
-Joseph Saladyga
