Item Description

Mr. Daniel Ritchie joined the Denver Center for the Performing Arts in 2007 as Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, the DCPA expanded its new play development program, launched three national Broadway touring premieres, provided funds for two successful matching gift fundraising campaigns, and served more than 400,000 students through its extensive theatre education program. Previously, Mr. Ritchie was the Chancellor of the University of Denver, serving for 16 years. In addition, he is president of the Temple Hoyne Buell Foundation.  

About the Artist: Kyle Malone created this mask. Kyle is an award-winning Denver artist and illustrator who holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Colorado State University. Throughout his 15 year career in communication arts, he has strived to effectively capture emotion in his art by utilizing various styles and different mediums. Malone's artwork has graced numerous magazines, posters and books. Most recently he created the featured artwork for the Denver Center Theatre Company's 2013/14 and 2014/15 season campaigns which combined his passion for art and theatre.
