Item Description

Four nights, 3 days, shared boat, private accommodations at the Black Fly Lodge, Abaco Island, Bahamas. If you love flyfishing in the Bahamas, you'll love bonefishing in southern Abaco, an easy choice because of the large number of bonefish and permit and its proximity to Florida with direct flights to Marsh Harbor from many cities on the mainland.

This package includes lodging, alcohol*, all meals, laundry service, guides, transfer to and from Marsh Harbour (Abaco) airport, free wireless internet and Vonage phone, and 1 full day fishing @ Moore’s Island weather permitting.

This item will be auctioned live at the Cast One for Hope event in Hamilton, Montana, on Oct. 4. You can bid here now and/or arrange an Absentee Bid (with a preset ceiling) with the CfR Staff. Click HERE to contact a staff member.

Blackfly Lodge is proud to represent Thomas & Thomas Rods and Hatch reels. Please ask about our test program as boats can be equipped with one rod for you to try or as an additional rig for secondary species.

*The complementary bar service at Blackfly Lodge includes a very good assortment of local beer and imported alcohol for your enjoyment. Premium brands are available for purchase by the bottle and case at local package store prices. We are glad to make this service available to our guests.

Excluded:
Airfare, additional day fishing Moore’s ($100 per boat fuel surcharge), extra trips to Marsh Harbour (Abaco), flies, terminal tackle, other fishing equipment, gratuities (guidelines: Fishing guide: $25 – 50 per person per boat/day. Lodge and cooking staff: $20 - 40 per person per day), exit tax: $25.00 per person.

We know you'll enjoy the new Blackfly Lodge in Schooner Bay. The interior design concept is a vision of the Blackfly team of Clint Kemp, Dave Byler and artist Vaughn Cochran and award-winning designer Amanda Lindroth. The completed design is complimented by the artwork of artist and partner Vaughn Cochran which can be seen throughout the lodge interior. As the lodge neared completion, the Blackfly team decided to name the 8 rooms at the lodge after fly fishing personalities rather than giving the rooms numbers.
