Trip includes roundtrip domestic coach airfare (within the contiguous United States), ground transportation to/from the Nashville airport to/from hotel, hotel accommodations (room/tax only) for five (5) nights/six (6) days (based on double occupancy), and tickets to the 2015 CMA Music Festival. Prize may not be transferred or redeemed for cash value. Bid Minimum $1,500 Retail Value of trip is $2,670 No substitutions or transfers of a prize, except at Sponsors discretion. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to Grand Prize Winners proximity within 200 miles of Nashville, TN, ground transportation may be substituted for round-trip air travel. Winner and guests must travel on same itinerary and on designated days, which are subject to change. If any guest is a Minor, he or she must be accompanied by his or her parent/legal guardian and such person must be the Winner. If any portion of the prize does not take place as currently scheduled, for any reason including flight delays or cancellations, Sponsor at its sole discretion may change the prize dates or cancel that portion of the prize relating to the games, in which that portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except at Sponsors sole discretion. All taxes and any other expenses not stated herein, including without limitation, meals, gratuities, transportation and other incidentals, are the sole responsibility of winner.
