New Martinsville company made this pattern (#4554-Janice, single candle holders) between 1940 - 1944. The Viking Company also made this pattern (#4554-Janice, single candle holder,) but from 1944 - 1970. It was a favorite of Silver City (a decorating company) to add decoration.
Ours is probably from the 1940s or 50s.
Each has a 5" diameter at base with silver flowery scrollwork on top of base. the rim of each holder is also silver.
