This ebook is unique in that it features embedded video to help illustrate correct (and safe dynamics that are present in every group ride. (Apple device required.) 2. Climbing Technique Session: Discover the immediate difference in performance as you learn bio-mechanical climbing techniques that will help any cyclist of any level to climb better. 3. Descending Technique Session: Too many cyclists are way too timid when it comes to descending. You will learn several key bio-mechanical aspects that will keep you in control of your bicycle, as well as learning how to abruptly stop without flying over the handlebars. Robert has logged over 170,000 miles (and counting) in 17 years of cycling. His background and experience with bio-mechanic principles from playing professional golf, coupled with balance/handling and control skills when he raced motorcycles at speeds of 200 mph. Combining his racing skills, a teaching background and an in-depth understanding of bio-mechanics, gives him a very unique approach to proper cycling technique and coaching.
