Dinner for four in the historic home of food writer and restaurant critic Raymond Sokolov, who will prepare a sumptuous meal based on great dishes of the nouvelle cuisine, featuring breakthrough masterpieces by Michel Guerard, the Troisgros brothers and Paul Bocuse. Sokolov covered this culinary revolution as a New York Times critic in the early 70s. He recently reflected on these experiences in his memoir Steal the Menu.
