These two figures of people texting, each about 5” tall, are drawn from Belshe & Prown’s most recent interactive reality project—A New Dialect.
Curt Belshe and Lise Prown have collaborated on installations and media projects for over 20 years. The artists received a 2010 Hudson Valley Artist Purchase Award for their work Carrying (Pistol Packing Pupils), an installation of 50 digital prints on aluminum, and steel, which is now in the collection of the Samuel Dorsky Museum of Art.
