ANDREW KEENAN-BOLGER
Andrew is an actor, director, author and filmmaker. He can be seen as “Billy Frazier” in the Marc Lawrence directed film, THE REWRITE starring Hugh Grant and Marisa Tomei. On Broadway, he created the role of "Crutchie" in NEWSIES (Outer Critics Circle nominee, Best Supporting Actor), and was also seen as “Roberston Ay” in MARY POPPINS, and in SEUSSICAL, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, A CHRISTMAS CAROL. Theater: “Nick” in FAMILY FURNITURE at The Flea Theater (dir. Thomas Kail). 1st Nat'l Tours: "Leaf Coneybear" in SPELLING BEE, "Max" in THE GRINCH, MARY POPPINS, RAGTIME. TV/Film: “Alex” on the HBO series LOOKING, “Corey” in the film YOU MUST BE JOKING, "Christophe," on THE NAKED BROTHERS BAND (Nickelodeon), Paramount Picture's MARCI X, ONE LIFE TO LIVE. B.F.A. from the University of Michigan. As a filmmaker, Andrew is co-creator of the webseries, SUBMISSIONS ONLY (www.submissionsonly.com) now in its third season. His videos have been profiled in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Entertainment Weekly, The Associated Press and New York Magazine. He is currently writing a children’s book series with collaborator Kate Wetherhead for the Penguin Group.
