Item Description
4 1/4" H. and 9 1/8" Diam.
This boxelder bowl was turned only 2 weeks after it was cut down due to storm damage. The wood was "green," which accounts for the warping or movement of the wood. This would be consistent with the turning of green wood in Norway during the 1700 - 1800's.
Artist: Stan Finholt (Vesterheim Ribbon Winning Woodworker).
