About Scott Carlin: Scott Carlin has been a life-long artist, and channels his knowledge of different creative disciplines into his passion for black and white photography. His formal education is rooted in fine art, as well as being influenced by his undergraduate degrees in Graphic Design and Multimedia. From 2006 - 2009, Scott was employed by The Center for Fine Art Photography in Fort Collins, CO, where he studied the work of the masters of photography and contemporary artists, and found his own artistic voice in photography. By following his intuition, and experimenting with lighting techniques to create images that convey a vast range of feeling, from the whimsical, to the beautifully mysterious, Scott's style has defined itself in a unique and distinctive form of visual expression. Scott has won many of the top Black and White Photography awards worldwide over the last four years, including BW Magazine's Gold Award.
