The Story Behind the Shot: Water has a life of it's own. It hides. It reveals. Stare at it and you see things - are they there - or in your mind. Conejo is one of a series of "water" driven photographs that blend what is in nature and what is in your mind.
Artist bio: Marsha Blackburn LaMarca has shot many feature and television projects, from George of the Jungle to the Halloween series and The Odd Couple Two. Recently she's turned her creative eye to personal photography, capturing images of from The Ojai Valley to Europe. She's presently building an exhibit of "water" images, creating "stories" of how water and various environments connect.
