KettlePizza is an affordable way to cook real wood fired pizza on a traditional charcoal kettle grill. The stainless steel sleeve creates a cooking chamber that remains consistently hot because the lid never needs to be removed. Done correctly, the KettlePizza can perform equally as well as a traditional wood fired pizza oven that costs thousands of dollars. As much of the product line as possible is manufactured in the U.S., in order to create U.S. jobs.
The KettlePizza Deluxe Kit is a pizza oven conversion kit that transforms 18.5” and 22.5” kettle grills like Weber one Touch Gold and Silver into a pizza oven. Made of 20 gauge, 304 grade stainless steel, the Deluxe 22 Kit includes wood peel and stone. Use with a skillet to cook meats, fish or vegetables. Works with charcoal or hardwood.
Included with the KettlePizza kit are:
• One 304 stainless steel pizza oven sleeve
• Two wood handles with stainless steel standoffs
• One hi-temp thermometer
• One 14" pizza pan
• Stainless steel hardware
• One 15" hand crafted Cordeirite pizza stone
• One wooden pizza peel
Buyers must first have a kettle grill such as a Weber One Touch 22.5 Inch Gold or Silver. Some basic assembly is required, no tools needed.
