Dr. Kahan received her dental degree at University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and completed 3 years of advanced training in Orthodontics at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Kahan is dedicated to providing the best specialized care orthodontics has to offer. Her practice maintains a solid reputation by staying on the leading edge of technology and delivering a full range of advanced orthodontics, for children, adults and adolescents.
Item Special Note
Treatment must start on or before December 31, 2014. Valid toward NEW non-discounted full treatment fee only. Services Include: -Initial orthodontic examination -Dental X-rays that the doctor determines appropriate -Review of all orthodontic diagnostic records -Full orthodontic treatment with braces (If Dr.Kahan determines the patient is a candidate for clear aligner therapy with Invisalign, additional fees maybe be assessed); One (1) set of passive orthodontic retainers; and One (1) year of retention follow-up visits, as recommended by the doctor, to maximum of 6 visits.
If the item is not picked up, the Bidder will be responsible for shipping/mailing fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS and billed at standard industry rates. Items cannot be replaced if broken, lost or stolen therefore tracking and/or insurance is advised.
