Once upon a time, there was a nice wolf who loved barbeque. He travelled all across the United States searching for the perfect sauce, the most tender meat and the tastiest sides. He loved the tangy flavors of Kansas City, the heat and the spice of Texas, the tart and savory tastes of the Carolinas and the rustic simplicity of Memphis. But alas, no such flavor in Baltimore.
That's when he spotted them; the three little pigs living in a little yellow brick house on Harford Road. The wolf could not resist. If he could smoke up that house, he could make the country's best barbeque right here in Baltimore.
That is how the Big Bad Wolf's House of Barbeque was founded. The three little pigs courageously dedicated and sacrificied their lives for the goal of good barbeque. One wolf had a dream and the expertise to bring BBQ to the people of Baltimore.
And we all ate happily ever after!
