Item Description

Be the proud owner of this one-of-a-kind handcrafted workbench...that fits on your desk! This miniature workbench was created in the likes of the table used by local artisan and retired SFA professor, Jim Snyder, in honor of SFA's 90th Anniversary.

Jim created this replica while he was waiting for wood to dry for a full-sized 19th century style bench for his shop. Jim's miniature is one of four that were made so it's VERY LIMITED.

The bench and tools are sized 1" = 12" or as close as possible. The woods used are oak, maple, black walnut, bois d'arc, and others. The metal for screws (vises), saw, hammers, etc. are commonly found in hardwares.

The time involved is about the same as making a full sized bench.

Engraving was generously donated by Ron Springfield at Diamond Trophy.
