Item Description
Be the owner of this Lance LaRue designed print for Nacogdoches, Texas from my heartfelt, yet questionable series of Vintage City posters for the "Forgotten" Cities and Towns. See this and more at www.LaRueArtandCopy.com.
This features a folksy, pop art, country art style design of the oldest town in Texas. The poster includes the tagline of: First Comes Love, Then Comes Nacogdoches (& Then Comes Spell Check). It is largely red and purple with many shades of violet and blue and light tan. It's given a rustic and vintage look as well, but the main features here are the insights about the town. SFA State University, Lumberjack, the affectionate nickname of Naco-Nowhere and common and not-so-common misspellings of the town name. Even references to the Old Stone Fort, Sam Houston, US soccer player Clint Dempsey & the Marx Bros. are included.

• This poster is approx. 12.6 x 18.6 inches tall (art) and it is printed on 13 x 19" size 100# cover gloss stock.
BONUS! You may can get this in the Etsy store but Lance has signed and doodled a very special Lumberjack on the back of the print (that you can't get in stores).
