From the MCS administrator who helps coordinate Farm Festival and Big Night Out!, Nancy Hsu will help you plan your next birthday, anniversary, bar mitsvah, or other special event (no weddings please!)
Includes:
- 2-3 planning sessions
- budgeting help
- possible day of event coordination (depending on my availability)
Nancy Hsu joined the Manhattan Country School staff as Parent Fundraising and Special Events Coordinator in December 2010.
Nancy earned a B.A. in Political Science from Barnard College. Prior to joining the MCS development office, she helped start a nonprofit foreign policy organization for next generation leaders called Network 20/20. During her tenure as Membership and Program Affairs Director, she created a foreign policy lecture series and an international exchange program, established a membership base of over 200, and managed all fundraising activities.
During the summer, Nancy can be found in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa volunteering at an HIV/AIDS orphanage called Lily of the Valley. In 2012, she joined the Board of For Hope International, a nonprofit organization whose vision is "a renewed Haiti, one healthy community at a time."
Nancy¿s interests include languages and international travel. Her dream is to become fluent in at least five languages (2.5 down, 2.5 to go!) and to visit every continent (Antarctica, Australia, and South America are next on her list).
