Kingston Family Vineyards, Casablanca Chile

Kingston Family Vineyards has been recognized as "among the best wineries in Chile" by Stephen Tanzer and for "making some of Chile's best pinots" (Food & Wine). In 2011, the Kingstons were chosen to host a James Beard dinner in New York City, and named a Winery of the Year by Wine & Spirits Magazine. Their wines have been featured on wine lists at top restaurants including Jean Georges in New York, Boulevard in San Francisco, and the Four Seasons in London.

"CJ's Barrel" is an extremely limited special bottling, it is allocated exclusively to wine club members and available only direct from the winery. Only 48 cases were produced.

The small berried selection of the Kingston Pinot Noir forms the backbone of the CJ’s blend, resulting in a wine that is very dense and rich. The wine is deep red and concentrated, and the fruits are definitely ripe, without lingering heat. The fruits tend towards the darker end of the spectrum, but there is a core of freshness and purity.
