Strengthen your focus and body at once at the Center for Asian Martial Arts located at 1739 Centre Street in West Roxbury, Massachusetts. This gift certificate entitles you to two months of training in the Adult Foundation Arts Program at the Center's facility in West Roxbury, Massachusetts, as well as a martial arts uniform. This introductory program gives you the chance to see and try beginning-level martial arts movements.
In the Foundation Arts Program you will study five of the eight martial arts offered in order to build mental and physical health. In this program you will improve your strength, energy, flexibility, determination, willpower, focus, self-defense, and overall health through practicing Kong Su (Tae Kwon Do), Aikido/Hapkido, Yudo, Kung Fu, and Tai Chi. The Center for Asian Martial Arts is an official "Body Mind Systems" training facility that specializes in training men and women to develop the extra edge they need in life. Students training toward their black belt are seeking maximum success with their careers, finances, health, communities, relationship, and family.
