Item Description
Picture yourself painting in a beautiful private Princeton garden in the Spring… or at the lovely formal and Colonial Revival gardens of Morven, Princeton’s historic home. What could be more idyllic, more peaceful, or more satisfying?
Ruth Councell will be offering one of two different four-week Garden Watercolor Classes through the Arts Council of Princeton. (Which of the two is yet to be determined.)
In “Painting Private Paradises”, students are privileged to paint in a different unique private garden each week for four successive weeks.
In “Painting Morven’s Gardens", all four of the sessions are spent in the sumptuous gardens of Morven.
Ruth gives a brief intro, and is on hand throughout the morning for individual instruction. Students are free to paint the view or subject of their choice.
While the class is not officially scheduled as yet, you will be informed as soon as the Spring schedule is confirmed as to which of the two it will be. It will take place on four Monday mornings from 10 am to 1pm, sometime between late April and June, dates to be determined.
