About the cabin:

1300 sq/ft single family home in Tahoe Donner. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, (Sleeps 12). Full kitchen. Wood burning stove. Near many ski resorts, including Squaw and Northstar. Quiet neighborhood, large forested private back yard. And many more features described in the certificate.

This cabin is your ticket to family fun and Lake Tahoe's "outdoor buffet" of activities and sports. The home is tastefully decorated and furnished with new and comfortable furniture and amenities. It is adult AND kid friendly.

Recreation for parents and children is just blocks away in the Tahoe Donner Resort area. Walking distance to tennis, trails and the Trout Creek Recreation Center, minutes from Tahoe Donner Family Ski Area and Cross-Country Center, 20 minutes to all major ski resorts, including Northstar, Squaw, Sugar Bowl and Alpine Meadows. There is something for everyone here, and it is in the heart of it in this wonderfully quiet and central Tahoe Donner neighborhood.

Item Special Note

Pick Up Info: This item will be ready to be picked up at Austin Creek School in Santa Rosa, CA on Friday, October 17, 2014, during the Walkathon, from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, at the Auction Pick-Up Booth.

If you are unable to pick up your item on October 17th from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, please contact the auction administrator at donate@austincreek.org by Monday, October 20, 2014. Items not picked up, or had alternate pick up arrangements made, will be donated back to the ACPC. Parents or an adult must be present to pick up auction items. Items will not be released to children.

Billing Info: Credit cards will automatically be billed at the close of the auction on Wednesday, October 15, 2014. Please be sure your card does not expire or change during this time.
