Pei and United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon. The five-story townhouse features an East-meets-West décor personally curated by Yue-Sai.
For many years, the Kan residence has served as a hot spot of Sino-US business and cultural exchanges. Yue-Sai has hosted many top US and Chinese diplomatic officials, entrepreneurs such as IMAX President Richard Gelfond, and celebrities including music legend Quincy Jones.
