Bergevin Albert, born in Avranches June 11, 1887, died in 1974, is a painter of the English Channel. He attended the Académie Julian and Ranson and the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris. He was drafted by the First World War, he completed the Service photographic archive of the army in Paris. He contributed to the Journal of Avranchin. The Municipal Museum of Avranches devotes a room, where you can see about twenty of his paintings
