Learn this beautiful, ancient tradition of Divine Healing (Rei means God in Japanese; ki means the same as chi- Reiki is the Divine movement of a person's life force or chi), in which people feel wondrous warmth. Reiki balances the immune system, helps with pain, illness, stress, insomnia, changes of insight & more. It is very calming, and puts some clients to sleep.
When winning the bid, you will receive a "How To" document in advance in which to read. During our session, you will get personally Attuned. Then you will have the opportunity to give Reiki to me while I teach about chakras & what you/ the new practitioner are feeling. As a New World Reiki One Practitioner (& all levels), you will be able to give distance Healing. A certificate will be given.
This New World/ Usui Reiki One combines the hand placements on the chakras & some of Usui's Principles of Reiki. After this class, the student will be invited to practice Reiki on their chakras each day for 2 weeks & on others if they wish. How this New World Reiki is different is that no symbols will ever be needed. In Reiki Two, the students learn how to take acupuncture pulses, which align with the 12 Meridians & to use Yoga to correct breathing issues, teach meditation & to correct postural issues that cause pain. In Reiki Three/ Master Level, the student learns to use Reiki on the meridians needed from taking the acupuncture pulses, some reflexology, & will be able to Attune new Reiki students.
This will be done at New World Wellness 6507 Brooklyn Bridge RD, Laurel, MD 20707 any day Sun. through Thurs. from 1:00 to 3:00.
