Enjoy a two night stay at this adorable one room cabin in the mountains of SouthWest Virginia between May and October, 2015.
The owners call it "glamping" or glamourous camping.
This ridge top abode has electricity, solar powered well water, an outhouse, and a wraparound porch with beautiful views. The cabin can accommodate 4 guests with a sleeping loft, pull out sofa inside, and a futon couch on covered porch. There is a 7-acre pond in the common area that is great for swimming and fishing. The cabin is part of a 500-acre community in the middle of Mount Rogers National Recreation area and is on the Virginia Highlands horse trail- an 80-mile trail that goes along the mountain tops of SouthWest Virginia.
The mailing address is Ivanhoe VA, which is about a 3 hour drive from the Triangle.
Item Special Note
Pets are OK, but please no large dogs in the cabin as it is small (12 by 18 feet).
