About Yuuki
Yuuki is the proud owner of Dou Yoga and co-founder of Hosh Yoga. He is the Co-Director and Co-Lead teacher of the 200 hour teacher training program at Dou Yoga.
In addition to a decade of practice, Yuuki became a yoga alliance certified teacher in 2008. Since then he has completed the 500 hour training with ISHTA Yoga. He has also studyed Yin Yoga with Corina Benner, and completed a Karma Kids Yoga training with Shari Vilchez-Blatt. Yuuki continues to learn and be inspired by great teachers in all forms of life.
Yuuki's classes are inspired by the deep, meditiatve practices of kriya yoga at ISHTA, the therapeutic, breath oriented styles of Krishnamacharya, the geometric, mathematical alignment taught by Abbie Galvin and Nevine Michan of Katonah Yoga and the intuitive, fluid movements of Isaac Pena. Yuuki¿s classes are designed to explore, create space and go deeper in the experience as he shares the wealth of knowledge that he has been exposed to throughout his own practice.
