Item Description
A good house shelters us from the elements, keeps us dry, comfortable, and with plenty of fresh clean air.
How well does your house measure up? Do you have a damp or wet basement? Musty odors, mold or mildew? Uncomfortable drafts? Does melting snow cause ice-damming at your roof overhangs? Do you have good lighting and safe wiring? Do your energy bills soar in the heating and colling seasons?
Would you like to begin to develop a plan to correct and improve comfort and performance? In about two hours, architect Deborah Crossley can walk through your home to observe and assess the condition of the building and systems from top to bottom, basement, walls, windows and attic condition. We will look at lighting fixtures, home heating and appliances as well. Then we can talk about how to prioritize your needs.
Item Special Note
Use not later than November 15, 2015. Best done on a cool day and/or after a good rain. Bidding limited to Historic Newton Community.
