ABOUT MOKULELE AIRLINES

Founded in 1994 as Mokulele Flight Service by local girl  Kawehi Inaba, Mokulele airlines has undergone various ownership, but one thing has remained constant – our commitment to keeping interisland travel convenient and affordable for locals and visitors alike.

Today, Mokulele Airlines is thriving under the ownership of  Transpac Aviation, Inc. which is privately owned by Mr. Ron Hansen.  We are working hard to be the best little airline in the world and thanks to our loyal passengers, we're continuing to grow. In July of 2014, we opened our newest station at Kalaeloa on the west-side of Oahu, becoming the first commercial air carrier out of this location.  We offer daily flights from Kalaeloa to Kapalua, Maui and Hoolehua, Molokai, with available connections to Kona and Kahului.

To Redeem online:

1. Visit our website at www.mokuleleairlines.com
2. Search for desired routing and travel dates.
3. Book your reservation accordingly. 
4. When you arrive at the payment portion of your booking, under payment options, select “vouchers”
5. You will be prompted to enter your voucher and pin number listed on your certificates.  You may use multiple vouchers on the same transaction.
6. Any remaining balance can be paid using any major credit card.

To Redeem using our Reservations Call Center**:

1. Dial our call center toll-free at 866-260-7070
2. Follow the prompts to make a new booking
3. A reservations agent will assist you in your flight selection
4. When you arrive at the payment portion of this call, notify the agent that you will be redeeming a voucher (s).
5. Provide the agent with the voucher and pin number listed on your certificate.  You may use multiple vouchers in one transaction.
6. Any remaining balance can be paid using any major credit card.

Should you need to make any changes to your booking, please contact our Reservations Call Center at 1-866-260-7070.  Please note: a $20 change fee is assessed for each change made to a confirmed reservation.

*Taxes and fees are not included in this voucher.  You will be liable for all taxes and fees associated with your booking.

**please note: there is a $15 service fee when using our Call Center to make reservations.  There is no service fee when booking on-line via our website.

Important: A segment is defined as a take-off and landing.  All travel must be completed by voucher expiration date.  This voucher has no cash value.  Lost or stolen vouchers will not be reissued so treat it as you would cash.  This voucher DOES NOT include the fees and taxes associated with the original booking.  Once confirmed, changes to your reservation are subject to a change fee.  Baggage and other service fees are not included and must be paid for at the time of check-in.  For a full list of service fees and charges, please visit our website at www.mokuleleairlines.com.  Mokulele is not required to provide award travel recipients with any applicable benefits customarily provided to revenue passengers including, but not limited to, “denied boarding compensation”.  Award travel does not qualify for Mokulele Miles rewards.  All fare and travel restrictions apply.
