 Upon reserving travel dates, an $89 reservation fee and $110 in hotel taxes must be paid. These fees are per vacation certificate, not per person. 

• The vacation is valid for travel by two adults and two children under the age of 12.
• Reservations are based upon availability
• There are no blackout dates and no expiration date.
• Our resorts do offer vacation owner memberships, the recipients of the vacations are under absolutely no obligation to attend a presentation during their stay.

The vacation certificate is valid for accommodations only, however, the recipients can upgrade the vacation certificate to include all of their meals and beverages, should they so desire. Additional details about the all inclusive upgrade, as well as about additional nights and other benefits and promotions will be provided to the Recipients upon contacting the Reservations Department.

• Adults must present a valid driver´s license and two major credit cards for identification at time of check in. Married travelers must travel with their spouse.
• This offer is not valid for travel by adults who are full time students without gainful employment.
• Retirees are welcome to travel.
• A Reservation fee in the amount of $89 and hotel taxes in the amount of $110 must be paid at time of reservation.
•  All reservations are subject to availability and may be requested via telephone to 866.760.1843 from the US/Canada or 0800.883.0761 from the UK or via e-mail to reservations@yucatanholidays.travel.
• Reservations during holidays such as Christmas, New Year´s, Easter, Passover, President´s Week and Thanksgiving may be subject to additionalcharges.
• Any other modifications to this offer are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 4.
• This vacation certificate is not valid for travel by groups. A group is considered to be two or more vacation certificate holders traveling together and/or two or more couples, families or friends traveling during the same vacation period.

• The fulfiller of this vacation certificate is not responsible for any expenses caused by accident, delays or acts of God.
• The fulfiller of this vacation certificate is not responsible for airline tickets or any other kind of transportation or expense associated with it.

• This vacation certificate is 100% transferable, provided the transferees meet the terms and conditions outlined herein.
