Item Description
Join Chuck and Dee Robinson in their beautiful home above Village Books for wine and cheese and to hear about a number of great reads. Up to 10 people may attend at a mutually convenient time. This could be the book club meeting to end all book club meetings!
Chuck and Dee have been the owners of Village Books since 1980. This community-based, independent bookstore located in the Historic Fairhaven district of Bellingham, Washington, has been awarded the Tourism Business of the Year by the members of the Convention & Visitors Bureau. Since 1980 we have been Whatcom County, Washington's "Community Bookshop for Browsing."
Chuck is an eclectic reader who is often in the midst of several books. He loves the fiction of Pat Conroy, John Updike, Barbara Kingsolver, Pete Dexter and many others. He also reads many business books and other nonfiction. Dee loves good fiction and (semi-secretly) good mysteries, with the occasional memoir or biography. She'd rather spend her free time reading over just about any other thing. They both love to entertain in their home, enjoying the view and the fantastic Fairhaven vibe.
Item Special Note
Talk will be arranged at a mutually convenient time after January 25, 2015.
