Microdermabrasion is a skin revitalizing treatment that helps repair skin that is damaged from the sun, scars, acne and unwanted effects of aging. DermaSweep is a gentle abrasion and a vacuum system that removes or peels away the dead outer layer of skin in order to stimulate and reveal new healthy skin. It is the goal of our entire staff to make sure our patients are treated as part of our family; and provided with the latest in high quality skin care services, customized to fit each patient's needs.
Young Blood Cosmetics was first developed in a medical setting by Pauline Youngblood Soli and was specifically designed as a camouflage cover for patients recovering from medical procedures; facial surgeries, radiation therapy, laser treatments, and chemical peels. Pauline's patients experienced such dramatic success camouflaging that they continued using her formula long after their skin had healed to cover blemishes from acne, redness from rosacea and discolorations from pigmentation changes.
Pauline then began working with chemists to develop a suitable option - a cosmetic that would cover raw, inflamed, or discolored skin, but allow it to breathe and heal better. This led to her initial work with natural mineral cosmetics.
Monica Scheel MD, Dermatology provides diagnosis and treatment of all dermatological conditions of the skin, hair and nails. We treat chronic conditions such as psoriasis, rosacea, and eczema as well as acne, melasma, alopecia and nail fungus. We highly promote overall wellness and skin damage prevention.
