Travis Sullivan, bandleader of the Bjorkestra (and WAMmer Jamia Wilson’s
partner), is offering a music theory, composition, saxophone or piano
lesson via Skype (or in person if you’re in the Bay Area) for one musical
WAMmer. Embedded in the New York music scene for over 15 years, Sullivan
has been hailed by Jazz Times as being “…a gifted alto saxophonist and
improviser who has also developed a strong and commanding voice as a
composer.” He has performed at venues such as The Blue Note, Iridium, The
Jazz Standard, Joe’s Pub, the SF Jazz Festival, the Montreal Jazz
Festival, and more.
