Item Description

You are bidding on the initiation fee for a Sports Membership at Tahoe Mountain Club, which currently sells to the public at $12,500. Membership includes one member, spouse and dependent children under 23 years old. Membership is non-transferrable and non-refundable. Membership is for lifetime as long as monthly dues are kept current.

Winning bidder is responsible for monthly dues. 2015 dues are $440 per month.

Private “Members Only” Club Facilities

Alpine Club: Members only facility located in the Village at Northstar.

• Complimentary ski valet and storage, boot dryers.  Overnight waxing and tuning services available.

• Camp Night Mon & Sat 5-9 $25 plus $20 ea. additional child from family.  Meals included.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR WINNING BIDDER:
