Therefore, we suggest that you have at least 2-3 date options available when you call to make your reservations. Special processing is required when redeeming gift certificates. For this purpose, reservations may not be made on-line or through normal reservation practices. Please call 210-554-6037 to make your reservation. Office hours are from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Gift certificates will not be honored if either hotel is projected to sell out. Use of gift certificates for reservations during holiday seasons will be at the discretion of hotel management. In the event that multiple rooms nights are awarded, please be aware that room nights may not be split or divided over several different dates. Gift certificate covers Room and Tax Only. All other incidentals are the responsibility of the guest. Please Note: Gift certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Original certificate MUST be presented at the time of check-in.

Hotel stays are subject to availability; cannot be extended beyond the specified expiration date; and require advance registration, notification of certificate use at the time of reservation, and presentation of original documentation upon arrival. A credit card may be required to confirm a reservation. Lost or stolen vouchers/certificates cannot be replaced. Only those services listed in the item description are included. Incidentals will be the responsibility of the guest. Since some blackout dates may apply (especially during holidays and special event periods), THLA recommends that our bidders have a few redemption dates in mind in order to avoid disappointment. THLA cannot confirm the availability of specific dates or rooms. Availability must be established with individual hotels.
