Competition for customers is at an all-time high and with so many consumer options available it can be difficult to keep students coming back to your store. In order to win business, you need to stand out from the crowd. With MBS Systems Loyalty, customers making purchases in your store or through your website, as well as those participating in buyback, are rewarded with points redeemable for valuable merchandise, adding extra incentive to shop with you.

Because the Loyalty module is integrated with the MBS Systems inSite, our web commerce solution, the interface is easy to use and there is no equipment to purchase or programs to load. In fact, you can even start setting up the program the same week you place your order.

You maintain total control over how the program is run, too. Simply choose the items you want to offer as rewards, and then set the point-value for each via a Loyalty Rewards Catalog that resides on your website. You can also convert points to discounts, which can be applied to a customer’s purchase both at POS and during the online check out.

By using “Customer Look-up" at the beginning of a transaction your POS will let you know if your customer is enrolled in your loyalty program, what their current points total is, and what level they are. Points bonus, special sales or discounts for loyalty customers are automatically applied with no cashier intervention and if they are not enrolled in your program you can sign them up right then!
