Item Description
Located in the heart of downtown Long Beach’s historical district, BO-beau kitchen + roof tap raises the bar on the local dining scene with its “bohemian industrial chic” aesthetic. The restored 1930’s-era art deco building boasts nearly 14,000 square feet including the downstairs BO-beau kitchen as well as the second-story roof tap—a play-on-words-title inspired by the open-air roof deck with 50 beer/wine/cocktails on tap.
An extension of the original BO-beau wildly popular location in San Diego, BO-beau kitchen + roof tap is the first Southern California venture into Los Angeles County for the renowned Cohn Restaurant Group.
The menu features a modern twist on Cal-French classics, signature dishes from the original BO-beau, as well as composed plates and shared-style offerings. A custom-built wood stone oven also delivers a selection of flatbreads adorned with seasonal ingredients in the downstairs area. Upstairs, roof tap features a stand-alone kitchen and a modified menu, showcasing more casual offerings to complement the diverse beer portfolio.
BO-beau kitchen + roof tap features 50 rotating taps with an emphasis on craft breweries. In addition to the eclectic beer lineup, roof tap presents a handcrafted cocktail menu, as well as an extensive vodka bar with over 100 varieties to choose from.
BO-beau is open 7 days a week: kitchen (downstairs) daily at 4:30 p.m. and roof tap (upstairs) is open at 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, Saturday & Sunday at 2 p.m. To connect with BO-beau, please visit www.facebook.com/bobeaurooftap, @BObeaurooftap or www.dinecrg.com.
