Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a firefighter and enjoy once-in-a-lifetime experiences? This is your chance!
This is a an opportunity for four people to join Sheriff Scott Israel and become Firefighter for a Day! This unique item is an action-packed, exciting day, including behind-the-scenes-tours of the Broward Sheriff's Office HQ, a tour of the Firehouse, special operations command (Hazardous Materials Team, Technical Rescue Team, Seaport and Airport units depending on time restrictions), the Communications Division and a picture of your group with Sheriff Scott Israel. PLUS you will be taken on a a Marine Patrol Unit boat ride! Lunch is included.
This is a "priceless" adventure that you'll be talking about for years to come!

The tentative tour schedule will include:
- Tour and welcome session at Broward Sheriff Office HQ
- Communications Division visit
- Marine Patrol Airboat Tour
- Tour of Special Operations Command (Hazardous Materials Team, Technical Rescue Team, Seaport and Airport units depending on time restrictions)
- Lunch at a local firehouse
- Tour of Firehouse, Engine Company, Ladder Company, Rescue Company & Battalion Chief Unit (may ride along if call for service takes place)
- Photos taken with Sheriff Scott Israel or his designee
Item Special Note
- Package allows four individuals to become a Firefighter for a Day.
- Children must be 12 years or older.
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult.
- The Firefighter for a Day package is non-transferable.
- The Firefighter for a Day package expires one year from date of purchase.
- ** Marine Patrol Unit rides are based upon weather conditions and availability (tours will be rescheduled if poor weather conditions exist).
- Package is non-transferable.

- Complete and sign a hold harmless agreement (parent or guardian of children under 18 must sign the hold harmless agreement prior to the tour).
- Be in good standing with the law.
- Provide photo identification (with the exception of minors).
