Art
Item Description
This unique artwork is acrylic on a mandolin with Colorado Aspen themes painted by Andrean Andrus. Andrean studied at Columbia University in New York, Florence, Italy, and Japan. She is currently an art teacher at Graland Country Day School in Denver, Colorado.
The mandolin has strong roots to the mountains and the music indigenous in those areas. The mountain scene that envelops this unique instrument fuses with Anrean's love of the mountains.
