Item Description

You and a guest will enjoy two (2) tickets to It Shoulda Been You on Broadway, and after the performance you will join stars Harriet Harris and Sierra Boggess backstage for a private champagne toast in the dressing rooms! CHEERS!

ABOUT THE SHOW:
The bride is Jewish. The groom is Catholic. Her mother is a force of nature, his mother is a tempest in a cocktail shaker. And when the bride’s ex-boyfriend shows up, the perfect wedding starts to unravel faster than you can whistle “Here Comes the Bride!” Plots are hatched, pacts are made, secrets exposed – and the sister of the bride is left to turn a tangled mess into happily ever after! This brand new farcical musical will mark the Broadway directing debut for David Hyde Pierce, best known for his 11-year run as Niles Crane on TV’s “Frasier.” Pierce has assembled a star-studded cast, including Tyne Daly, Harriet Harris, Edward Hibbert, and Sierra Boggess.

HARRIET HARRIS:
Harriet Harris kept us in stitches on TV in “Frasier” as the ruthless talent agent Bebe Glazer, on “Desperate Housewives” as the conniving Felicia Tilman, and several appearances in films, including “Jeffrey,” “The Addams Family,” and “Memento.” On the stage, she won the 2002 Tony Award for Featured Actress in a Musical for her performance as Mrs. Meers in Thoroughly Modern Millie. She went on to appear in Broadway productions of Old Acquaintance, Cry-Baby, Present Laughter, and last season’s Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, in which she starred as the wicked stepmother herself. This Spring, she will return to Broadway in the new musical It Shoulda Been You, directed by her former “Frasier” co-star David Hyde Pierce.

SIERRA BOGGESS:
Sierra Boggess recently finished a limited run as Christine Daae in The Phantom of the Opera on Broadway. Other Broadway credits include the revival of Master Class (opposite Tyne Daly) and The Little Mermaid (Drama Desk and Drama League nominations, Broadway.com Audience Choice Award). Her London credits include Les Misérables, the 25th-anniversary concerts of The Phantom of the Opera at Royal Albert Hall and Love Never Dies (Olivier Award nomination). Boggess’s other New York theater credits include the one-night-only concert of Guys & Dolls at Carnegie Hall, the final off-Broadway cast of Love, Loss, and What I Wore; and Music in the Air for City Center’s Encores! series. She also starred as Christine Daae in the Las Vegas production of The Phantom of the Opera. Regionally, she has been seen in Princesses (world premiere, Goodspeed Opera House and Seattle’s 5th Avenue Theatre), and the national tour of Les Misérables.
