Chef John Keenan began his career on the East coast where he was born and raised. After climbing the ranks early on in New York, he was hired at Craft New York , where he worked for a few years before moving to Los Angeles in 2007 as an opening Sous Chef at Craft Los Angeles. John was promoted by Tom Colicchio to Chef de Cuisine of the LA Times 3.5 star rated Craft Los Angeles in 2011. His most recent post was as Executive Chef of Soho House West Hollywood.
