The winner will receive a 4-hour workshop from Smith Culp Consulting (www.smithculp.com) for up to 15 people.
Whatever form your team takes, each person brings different qualities, talents, skills, perspectives, approaches, values, processes to the brew. The process can be messy; sometimes the pot is simmering and then suddenly boils and overflows without warning. The risk is that the result may be safe but bland or uncontrolled and completely inedible. So how do you activate the most potential in your team for a beneficial result for your organization and team? In a 4-hour workshop from Smith Culp Consulting (www.smithculp.com) for up to 15 people, learn and understand in a fun, interactive way, all your team members’ preferences for communicating with others, decision-making, working with others, and specific ways to activate and enhance the potential of the team. Each person will complete the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Profile and receive a workshop manual.
Anne Smith and Gordon Culp, Smith Culp Consulting, have conducted Leadership, Team Building and Myers Briggs personality workshops for over 25 years for organizations nationwide. They are both certified MBTI Master Practitioners

Restrictions:
Training must be conducted in the Las Vegas Valley.
Training location must be provided by successful KNPR bidder.
Three weeks notice must be given to schedule training.
Workshop participants (up to 10 more) can be added for $40 per person.
