• Coordination is subject to our Reservation calendar and as other commitment(s) allow(s)
• We make best effort to accommodate your day /date request. However, Friday and Saturday may be blocked
• We will ask if you or any of your three (3) guests suffer from food allergies or foodstuff aversion or avoidance.
• This would be inclusive of wine histamines.
• Once agreed to, the coordinated Menu and Program is the final fixed form of your event and Oolite obligation.
• Any guest preference for separate cocktail or wine during the meal generates an additional bar tab.
• Unfortunately, we cannot expand the number of guests to attend.
• The Tax and Gratuity must be calculated -- and paid -- as they are not inclusive.

All Transaction(s) are non transferable; no resale of Transaction(s)s is permitted; the Transaction(s)s are not redeemable
for cash (in whole or in part) and have no cash value; Transaction(s)s may not be combined with any other offer; coupon,
promotion or discount or certificate; Transaction(s)s must be used in a single visit to Oolite; limit one Transaction(s)s per
redemption; no credit may accrue or be realized from the Transaction(s)s; all Transaction(s)s are designed at the sole
discretion of Oolite; the approved and agreed Menu & Program will define the Chef's Door experience; no substitutions or
additions will be allowed following approval and sign off.
Reservations for redemption of the Transaction(s) must be honored by Oolite and the Customer; in the event a
Reservation must be changed with a minimum of ten (10) days advance notice to Oolite, a single instance is allowed;
Oolite is not responsible for any loss or lapsed Transaction(s)s.
Transaction(s) are subject to limitations as stated here or other(s) imposed particularly for operations at any time by Oolite
with the exception of reducing Value; all restaurant Transaction(s)s are valid for dining on premises; Transaction(s)s may
not be used for alcohol, prior balances, tips or gratuities or other fees, value added or use taxes; the Transaction(s)s may
not be redeemed for products or services other than those specified by the Transaction(s).
Oolite is solely responsible for the value and redemption of the Transaction(s); the acceptance of any redemption of a
Transaction(s) constitutes an acceptance of the redemption and a waiver of any claims associated with the
Transaction(s); any action to redeem a Transaction(s) in violation of these terms and conditions will render the
Transaction(s) null and void.
The sole exception to the forgoing is what may be expressly provided or allowed in the Transaction(s) by Oolite and as
required by applicable law. Applicable law to these Transaction(s) shall be the law of the state of Florida.
